Russia hit with new US approval over agent attack

The United States imposed new clearances on Russia on Monday over the make an effort assassination of a former spy in Britain using a lethal nerve agent.

The sanctions include ham-handed foreign help to Russia, blocking the deal of items or services connected to defence and national security, and interdiction any government credit support for any exports to Russia. However, sales and services related to space presentations, both commercial and government, will continue.

And the State Depart­ment has issued a non-specific “partial waiver” on the prohibitions, a move which could dull their impact.
